Summative, Benchmark and Formative Assessments
Pathways' assessment solutions provide teachers with assessments that are tightly aligned with targeted grade level curriculum and standards. These standards-based assessments can be administered with Pathways PerformancePro on-line testing or in the classroom using scan sheets. Your school can choose from our existing assessments or can customize assessments choosing items from Pathways' bank.
Features of Pathways' Assessments- Administer Assessments in any of the following Assessment Models: Summative (Score), Benchmark (Content Knowledge) and Interim or Formative Classroom (Monitoring Progress)
- Items are aligned with grade level targets in grades 3 to 12
- Valid and reliable items are provided in all content areas
- Reports are provided by student, classroom, grade level, school, and district
- An item analysis report is available for each assessment to be used in examining the curriculum
The Pathways approach to assessments is customized to a school's needs. Assessing by grade level, across grade levels, longitudinally, and in specific content areas are all options using Pathways' services.
